TERMS OF BUSINESS : Ordering : Please inform your interested item codes or catagories of products from our website so we can email you rates of it. As soon as you email/inform the order quantity and mode of payment we will send you preforma invoice and payment details to you by email. The moment we will receive your the payment we will start processing your order. Order processing time : Between 15 to 25 days depending upon the quantity. Delivery System : By Courier- door to door, no custom clearence required, no import duty ( 3-4 working days) By Air- port to port, custome clearance required, import duty-(5-7 working days) By Ship- port to port ,custome clearance required ,import duty-(45-60 days) Shipping Information : 1). Either you provide us DHL /FedEx/Airborne/UPS/DTDC Courier account number OR we shall send you goods by these courier company and will add the charges in Invoice. 2). We can also ship the goods from New Delhi Airport to your Air port. In this case we send the goods either freight collect basis or you can pay us and we shall charge into Performa invoice. We shall tell you the shipping charges by good Airlines (Cheaper Airline also on request) upto your Airport for which we need accurate International Airport name. Packing Information : Most of the items are packed individually in small corrugated boxes and marked properly their product number. Small boxes are kept in a master cartoon up to weight of 20 to 30 kg. of master cartoon to become handy. Weights : All weights and quantities are estimated apporximations only. Batches may vary slightly in weight and content. Our Bankers Information : Will be provided at the time of transferring of funds by T/T or by Swift Method (Wire Transfer) when you wish to place order. Remark : We welcome any inquiry of the new customers and we do not find any inconvenient till their satisfaction. We accept any changes or alternation in the design of the items.
